What Would You Do With An Extra $10k From Google?

What would you do with an extra $10k from Google for online marketing?

Through the Google Grant Ad program, most 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible to receive thousands of dollars of free ad credit!

For-profit organizations frequently spend many thousands of dollars in advertising for their websites and search engine optimization, because it is one of the most effective ways to:

  • Direct more traffic to your organization’s website

  • Achieve higher attendance to your online events

  • Promote new programs

  • Connect with more donors and volunteers

Don’t miss out on receiving this invaluable in-kind service donation.

How?

Each month Google Ads works with more than 20,000 nonprofits across more than 50 countries, providing in-kind advertising. As long as your organization qualifies and does the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) setup and check-ins, your ads will appear more frequently in Google search results, helping to recruit more volunteers, reach more donors, and share your successes with more people.

The Grant even provides free access to Google Analytics, so you can see how well your ads are doing and strategize for continued success like a paying, for-profit entity would.

Requirements:

-Have a valid 501(c)(3) status.

-Register and verify with TechSoup.

-Once approved by TechSoup, request a Google for Nonprofits Account and apply for the Grant!

It Just Keeps Getting Better—

Don’t have someone on your team who knows how to put that free Google Ad money to good use?

Nonprofits in the Ad Grants program can opt in to participate in the Online Marketing Challenge (OMC). The OMC partners each nonprofit with a team of undergraduate or graduate students under a verified university faculty member, to create and execute an online marketing campaign for your organization using the $10,000 USD monthly budget of in-kind Google Ad credit received through the Google Grant Ads Program.
